Yes. We can arrange this with you and are happy to discuss your particular requirements either by phone email or in person.

Quotations are valid for 7 days from the initial enquiry unless otherwise notified.

We totally understand plans can change and you may need to alter your booking to suit your new schedule, just let us know and we can rearrange this for you. Please do not leave it too close to the travel date as charges may apply.

Most of our vehicles have either Bluetooth or aux lead connectivity to allow you to enjoy your own music.

We specialise in special events. Our team can help you make it even more memorable by giving some options you may not have thought about.

Yes – Some of our vehicles are PSVAR compliant These vehicles are subject to availability. Please contact us on 01293 972422 if any of your group need extra assistance and we can make the arrangements for you.

Water and cold food are permissible. Hot food or Alcoholic Drinks must not be consumed on the vehicles without prior consent from the company.

We accept all major debit and Credit cards and bank transfers. Cash on the day will only be accepted if approved by us at the booking stage.

Yes, we use one of the world’s leading secure payment providers to ensure all transfers are safe and protected by fraud.

Yes but please let us know as far in advance as charges apply within a week of travel.

We can send invoices out in 13 different languages. We understand this can be especially useful for our overseas customers.

Unless prearranged we will charge £5 per week in addition to the outstanding balance due.

We only allow guide dogs onboard.

We follow the airport’s guidelines for larger vehicles and will pick up your group at the designated pickup points within the airport. This also applies to Heathrow, Stansted and other national airports.

These are based on mileage, time and running costs so usually there is a small charge based on this. Contact our team and we will give the best options for your journey.

We always include this in the price. Any accommodation, tickets or additional costs will be charged separately. We will never hide any costs and will always give you the full cost upfront.
