Will the Coronavirus effect my booking?

Due to government guidelines surrounding coronavirus we are working differently. We have introduced social distancing measures within vehicles and other safety measures. As each booking is different in terms of passenger numbers its best to contact us and we can access individual needs.

Is it safe to travel ?

Yes. We will keep you as safe as we can. Vehicles are sanitised before and after every journey, our drivers wear a mask and gloves and we make sure theres a safe distance. To see more about this click here

I am not sure if I want to book a Minibus or Coach but could I just discuss it with you first?

Yes. Our highly experienced team can give you some options/ideas which you may not of thought of at no charge. We can then leave it with you to decide on what’s best for you and your group.

Do you provide school transport?

Yes. We offer transport options for a number of our school and education clients. We are always happy to speak to you in person or on the phone about your requirements.

How can I get a quote for a minibus or coach?

How long is the quote valid for?

Quotations are valid for 7 days from the initial enquiry unless otherwise notified.

What areas do Link Minibuses cover?

Our Minibuses & Coaches predominantly cover the south east of England including Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London. We have branches in Brighton, Crawley and Gatwick. Transport is covered to and from these areas. However any areas outside of this can still be covered -its best to contact us and we can advise you on this.

Can we play our own music on the minibus or coach ?

Most of our vehicles have either Bluetooth or aux lead connectivity to allow you to enjoy your own music.

I have a special event coming up and need a Minibus or Coach ?

We specialise in special events. Our team can help you make it even more special by adding the cherry on top. So if you have a birthday, wedding, Hen or Stag do’s or any type of event let us know. Our team will likely give you and your group some options to mark the occasion.

Do you have minibuses or coaches for disabled passengers ?

Some of our vehicles have electronic ramps lifts installed which can be used for passengers with wheelchairs. This is subject to availability.

Can I eat or drink on the minibuses or coaches ?

Water and a cold food are permissible. Hot food or Alcoholic Drinks must not be consumed on the vehicles without prior consent from the company.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept all major debit and Credit cards from customers in any country. We also accept bank transfers. Cash on the day will only be accepted if approved by us at the booking stage.

Is my payment secure ?

Yes, we use one of the worlds leading secure payment providers.

Can I cancel a booking ?

Yes. If a hirer feels they need to cancel a booking they are can do so with the following conditions:

Days prior to booking:

7 days or more – 100% of any payments made will be refunded.

6-2 days – 50% of the booking will be non refundable

2 days-time of booking – 75% of the booking will be non refundable

What happens if I make a late payment ?

Unless prearranged or if you are a corporate client we will charge £5 per week in addition to the outstanding balance due.

Are animals allowed on the vehicles ?

No. We only allow guide dogs onboard.

How can I get a Minibus from Gatwick Airport LGW ?

Simply call us on 01293 972422, complete our quick quote form on or send us an email  Our team will advise you on the process that applies to airport pickups for Minibuses & Coaches.

We follow the airports guidelines for larger vehicles and will pickup your group at the designated pickup points within the airport. This also applies to Heathrow, Stansted and other national airports.

Will you charge more for extra pick up’s and drop off’s ?

These are based on mileage, time and running costs so usually there is a small charge dependent on these factors.

Does your price include VAT ?

We always include this in the price so there are no hidden costs. Any accommodation, tickets or additional costs will be charged separately.

Can we contact you for any type of group travel ?

We cater for all types of travel so please do and we will be happy to help.

What passenger numbers can you take ?

From 6 to 200 +. We can cover larger bookings dependant on availability, call us and we can see how we can help you.

We are in Birmingham can you arrange a Minibus or Coach for us ?

 This is possible. Please contact us to discuss this further.

We have a booking with another company but they cannot take us now can you help?

Unfortunately we have found people come to us with this problem quite frequently. Don’t worry we will do everything we can to help you. We appreciate you may have already lost an amount of money so we will do everything we can to help reduce costs for you and of course stand by our commitment to the agreed transport.

I need a minibus to do some shuttle runs can you help ?

We have and still provide shuttle run services for many companies across the South East. Please contact us to discuss the options in more detail.
